Owner may be individual,groupof individual has an ultimate authority over the project.owner regarding  managment financial & administrative aspect.Owner controls te project resources such as manpower,fund & property.consultant includes structural ,mechanical & electrical engineers ,architects quantity surveyors ,specialist.Such as structural consltuants,safety & maintanance planners ,soil investigators etc.The role of the team members are different from another.

           Contractor(builders) has to execute various type of work & has ton make all necessary arrangement for labor,machinery,materials,power connection etc in order to in order to complete the project within stipulated time & cost.

                                                                       The contractor submit running bills for payment based on the progress of work & material  brought at site.Owner,consultant &

contractor(builders) are directly as well indirectly interconnected each other for complecting project sucessful.

नेपालमा निर्माण ब्यबस्थापन तथा मरम्मत ब्यबसाय ब्यबस्थित तवरले सन्चालन हुन सकेको छैन । अब्यबस्थित र अनौपचारिक काम गर हुँदा अर्थतन्त्रमा ठ्याक्कै कती योगदान गर्छ भन्न नसके पनि यसै क्षेत्रमा अनौपचारिक रुपमा निर्भर भएर जिबिकोपार्जन गर्ने नेपालीको सङ्ख्या भने उल्लेख्य छ । 

कयौ बर्स देखी नेपालीहरु कामको अभावले दोश्रो देश छिर्दा नजिकै भारत बाट आएर लाखौको सन्ख्यामा यस क्षेत्रमा काम गरिरहेका छन । एकातिर हामीले आफ्नो पुजी गुमाएका छौ भने अर्को तर्फ हामिले निकट भबिस्यमै दक्ष जनशाक्ती नहुँदा भारतिएकै भर पर्नुपर्ने अवस्था निम्ताएका छौ । यसो हुनुको मुख्य कारण पद्दत्तिगत तवरले निर्माण ब्यबसायको सन्चालन नहुनु र हाम्रो अनौपचारिक काम गर्ने शैली हो । मुख्यत यि समस्या हल गर्न सके यस क्षेत्रमा हामिले आफ्नै जनशाक्तिको परिचालन गर्न सक्षम हुने छौ । आज हामी यि दुइ बिसयमा चर्चा गरौ । 

१) पद्दत्तिको सुरुवात

बिगत १०औ बर्स देखी हाम्रो निर्माण गर्ने शैली ठेकेदारत रह्यो । जुन ब्यबसाइक र ब्यबस्थापन भन्दा व्यक्तिगत अनुभवका आधारमा सन्चालन हुन्छ । यस्तो पद्दत्तिले नबिनता र सृजनालाई भन्दा कसरी धेरै भन्दा धेरै नाफा गर्ने भन्ने मानसिकतालाई प्रस्रय गर्‍यो । केही निस्चित ठेकेदारहरुले मोनोपोलिको सुरुवात गरे । ठेक्का पाउन मिलिमतोमा टेन्डर हाल्ने भनसुन गर्ने ब्यवस्था बढ्यो । समयक्रम सङ्गै दक्ष भन्दा अदक्ष जनशाक्तिको प्रयोग बढदै गयो । एकातिर दक्षता पलायन हुँदै गयो भने अर्कोतर्फ श्रमिकको अनुचित प्रयोग बढी रह्यो । समयमा भुक्तानी नदिने, उचित बिमाको सहुलिएत नदिएर जोखिमको न्युनिकरण नगर्ने, समयगत कामको ब्यबस्था नहुँदा भविस्यको अनिश्चितता जस्ता कारणले गर्दा मानव पलाएन बढेर गयो । 

यस्ता यावत समस्याको समाधान गर्न अब कर्पोरेट शैलिबाट यस ब्यबसायको सन्चालन गर्नुपर्छ । नयाँ नयाँ प्रबिधिको प्रयोग गर्दै ग्राहकको सन्तुस्टिमा आधारित ब्यबसाय गर्न सके नविनता र सृजनासिलतालाई प्रसय पुग्दछ । 

२) अनौपचारिक शैलि

लामो समयदेखी हाम्रो ब्यबसाय गर्ने शैली परम्परागत रहेको छ । भवन निर्माण गर्दा आवस्यक मापदण्ड तथा नक्सा रेखाङ्कनको हामिले उचित पालना गरेनौ । यि सबै हुनुमा निर्माण प्रकृयामा ब्यक्तिको बर्चस्व हुनु हो । ग्राहकको चेतना बढाउने तथा राज्यको निती नियमको पालना गरेर काम गर्ने हाम्रो बानी नहुँदा यो क्षेत्र औपचारिक रुपमा अघी बढ्न सकेन । ठेकेदार मुख्यत ब्यक्ती हुने र सम्पुर्ण कामकाज ब्यक्तिको अनुभवमा निर्भर हुने तथा उक्त ब्यक्ती राज्यको कुनैपनी निकायबाट परिक्षित, जावफदेही र सम्पर्कमा नहुने परिपाटिले यो क्षेत्र इन्ड्स्टृयल बिकाशको मोडेलबाट बन्चित भइरह्यो । 

 

निस्कर्श: उपयुक्त पद्दत्तिको बिकास गर्दै सम्पुर्ण निर्माण तथा मरम्मत ब्यबसायलाई राज्यको सम्पर्कमा  ल्याउन सकेमा कोरोनापछिको बेरोजगारी समस्यामा यो क्षेत्रको योगदान अतुलनिय रहनेछ । 

नवप्रबर्धकहरुको प्रवेशले श्रमिकको उचित मुल्यान्कन गर्न टेवा पुग्छ । यसैले यो क्षेत्रलाई अधिक ब्यबस्थित गर्न ग्राहक, ब्यबसायी र राज्यले आआफ्नो भूमिका खेल्नु अपरिहार्य छ ।

Historically, humans secured food through two methods: hunting and gathering and agriculture, which gave modern humans a mainly omnivorous diet. Worldwide, humanity has created numerous cuisines and culinary arts, including a wide array of ingredients, herbs, spices, techniques, and dishes.It's being long period we have being able to circulate food chain.
With the beginning of the new year 2020, the emergence and spread of a new kind of virus, novel Corona virus 2019, threatened people all over the world.Hence NEPAL has lock down the whole nation for the protection.That's how we all being  affected so badly to circulated food chain.
It is a serious on public health & food crisis.
Society

A large group of people who live together in an organized way, making decisions about how to do things and sharing the work that needs to be done. All the people in a country, or in several similar countries, can be referred to as a society.Every society have huge collection of ,multi-cultural,multi-cast,multi-ethnic with diversity.There are different values  on society which always take party differently capitalism & indigent.
Capitalism & Indigent always having cold war between them where they are directly as well as indirectly connected each other.However first chances of starving in society always being with indigent .They have own suffer in the society for living.Having less  number of  pay in work makes harder in living . Covid-19 hits all Nepalese not only our health,foods chain & economic effects  so badly .However daily base incomes source has huge bad impacted on living. This is the hardest moment where all work stoped .Hence so many worker  rush  to there own city .After government’s decision to impose the nation wide lockdown in an effort to curb the spread of corona virus in the country, many are walking miles to get home in lack of any transportation.There are huge number arranged for the free meals to those who have not been able to eat due to prolonged lockdown keeping the humanitarian crisis in mind which camping
are all over the country.

April 15: The Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security has written to the Ministry of Finance to deposit the amounts of 33,000 contributors to the Social Security Fund (SSF) for the month of Chaitra (mid-March to mid-April).
According to the labour ministry, it has requested the finance ministry to deposit Rs 880 million on behalf of 33,327 employees working in 861 different private organisations.
The Social Security Fund has been collecting 11 percent of monthly salary of the employees in addition to 20 percent amount of their salary deposited by the employers in return for social security during times of crisis and after retirement. The government has made it mandatory for all private organisations to contribute to the fund, which promises pension to the employees and other benefits after retirement.Due to the ongoing crisis caused by the lockdown to contain the spread of the coronavirus, the government had pledged to deposit the amount for the month of Chaitra by itself on behalf of the private sector.
The government had made such announcement a few weeks ago while unveiling the relief packages to the sectors affected by the impact of coronavirus, informed Suman Ghimire, joint secretary at the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security.According to Ghimire, the finance ministry will deposit the amount in the SSF as per the recommendation of the labour ministry.Hope COVID-19 end soon where we will raise as before.

                                                        KATHMANDU, April 14: Two of three members of the same family residing in the Sun City Apartment in Kathmandu have tested positive for COVID-19 at Teku based National Public Health Laboratory on Tuesday, according to Health and Population Ministry.On its Facebook update this afternoon, the ministry said that a 58-year-old male and 81-year-old female have tested positive for this deadly virus during the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test.However, another patient has tested negative in the first PCR test.  Earlier, they tested positive for the virus through rapid diagnostic test (RDT) on Monday. After the test results came positive, the ministry took the family members to the Patan Hospital. Currently, they have been receiving treatment at the isolation ward of the hospital.It has been learnt that the family had returned to Kathmandu from the United Kingdom 28 days ago.According to a high-level government official, they [UK returnees] were tested as per the decision of the government to test all the individuals arriving in Nepal after mid-March.

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli on Monday announced that he will contribute his salary to the coronavirus prevention and control fund unless the situation returns to normalcy.
In his video message to the people on the occasion of New Year 2077, PM Oli said "As the executive head of the country, I have decided to contribute my salary to coronavirus prevention and control fund as long as we continue to face the difficulties due to the coronavirus pandemic."
He said that the people would have celebrated the New Year with full of joy if the coronavirus pandemic had not taken place at this point of time. "We are forced to observe New Year in a very difficult time. I urge you all to have patience," he said.
The prime minister urged Nepali people living in the country and abroad to stay safe at this hour of global health crisis. "I wish those who are infected by the virus will be able to defeat it. Hope, the entire world will get rid of this deadly virus soon," Oli said adding that the government is taking the lead in the ongoing "war" against coronavirus. He also thanked the people for their continued support during this period. 
DEVELOPMENT WORK

In his message, the prime minister expressed hope that the country will go back to normaly by controlling the coronavirus.PM Oli also vowed to bring plans to revive the country's economy which has hit hard by the deadly virus.litics/EconomyLack of workers and construction materials affect work at Chilime TrishuliRASUWA, April 14: The nationwide lockdown has affected the construction works at Chilime Trishuli 220 KV transmission line due to the lack of workers and construction materials. The project had not been able to import construction materials after the outbreak of the coronavirus in China.
According to the project officials, local workers have also stopped working at the Chilime hub due to the fear of transmission of COVID-19. The project is also finding it difficult to hire workers from other districts. Earlier, the hub consisted of 50 workers but now they are only 25 workers at the site. Around 400 workers were working in the transmission line but now, they are only 60 workers present.
According to project officials, two hydropower projects in the district were expected to begin production within the current fiscal year. If the transmission line is not constructed on time then the produced electricity would go to waste. 55% of the construction work for the transmission line has been completed so far.
The construction work for the transmission line was started on December 20, 2017 and as per the target, the construction work was scheduled to be completed on June 13, 2019. According to the new deadline, the construction of the substation should be completed within April 30, 2020 but the .
Nepal's economic growth expected to fall to range between 1.5 and 2.8 percent this year : World Bankith just three months left for the current fiscal year to end, the government has been able to meet only 53.46 percent of its annual revenue target, following a slump in economic activities amid the ongoing threat of COVID-19.
EOCONMY
According to the Financial Comptroller General Office (FCGO), the government as of Sunday, the last day of the Nepali Year 2076, has been able to collect only Rs 590.63 billion in taxes against the target of Rs 1.11 trillion. The total tax revenue collected so far stands at 53.46% against the target of over Rs 1 trillion. It means if the government is to meet the target, it will need to collect taxes worth Rs 470 billion in the next three months. Hope COVID-19 end soon where we will raise as before.
